October 29, 2013 Legendary punk band BLACK FLAG has reformed and will play this year’s Heavy Fest, set to take place August 2-4 in Port Lympne Wild Animal Park in Kent. The group’s only 2013 appearance in the U.K. will mark the first time in 30 years that the band’s played in the country.
